Anyway, have any of you bought property in the YO Ranchlands or Dominion Ranchlands subdivisions?

Have you had any problems with the owners?

My parents are looking for a gated community in the SW, and my dad asked me to look into this for him.

They sold their ranch in Wyoming and are living in our "bunk house" until they figure out where to winter.

They'd like something in a gated and patrolled community.

They'd like to be near or in a tourista trap town.

They'd like to be able to take a few animals off their property a year, and not have to bother applying for permits (like Arizona).

Our neighbors are an English couple who are retired and living split lives between the YO and Casper, Wyoming. So that's where Dad gets his instrest.

We have read the bylaws for both subdivisions, and they are headed down to look at property in that area in March.
