I have not seen very many posts of or by ladies.

My wife is my best hunting and shooting buddy!

Here are pics of her first two animals and of a day playing at the range.

check out this thread.

There are other ladies that post here. They aren't always obvious because they don't post under feminate names like sally or suzie.

Yes there's not a lot but they're here.

My wife is my constant hunting partner also. She does not post on the forums and just reads when I am on them. Too be honest, she does not enjoy forums and to a great degree neither do I........but I like this one.

She has been a licence big game guide in three Canadian provinces. I'd post pictures but I gather you have to go through another URL site to do it.

My wife of 20 years doesn't hunt and my daughter is a vegetarian. I envy you guys.

Thank God my 13-year-old son wants to go to Africa with me...and love to hunt.

In the old days there were many magazine articles and books that stated that a woman has a much more sensitive nervous system and should never attempt to shoot anything more than a 22 !!! Roll EyesDo it girls , just think of that deer etc as a pile of steaks and chops ! clap

Posted this once before: My grandson was ragging on his younger sister about going hunting with his Dad (my son) this fall. According to her mom, she put her fists on her hips, swung the hips back and forth and said, "Well, I'll ask Grandpa to take me with him." Her brother stalked off.
She then asked her mother if I would take her.
Her mother said sure, but asked her, "Do you know what will happen when you hunt with your Grandpa?"
Hailey said, "Yes, Grandpa will kill something, we'll clean it, then bring it home and eat it...and Garrett (her brother) can't have any of it."

This is my youngest daughter and hunting buddy at 14 (She's 16 now and even prettier in heart and looks). We're going to Africa in 2007 for plains game. It's her hunt. I don't plan to kill anything but assistant PH's that get too close! BTW, she is a 4.0 student and she shot a 3/8" five shot group at 100 yards with her little H&R 7.62x39 the last time we went to the range. Cindy Garrison, eat your heart out.

Daddy is proud and gets to take her to supper tonight to her favorite seafood restaurant... and then watch European Vacation to re-live the faux pas of our recent trip to Italy. Life is good.

JudgeG ... just counting time 'til I am again finding balm in Gilead chilled out somewhere in the Selous.
