How often do they have the Utah Conservation Tag Auctions?
My interest would be in Mt. Lions.

Go to the Mule Deer Foundation's (MDF) website and look at Utah Chapter banquets. I think there is a Southern Region Cougar permit going this weekend. THey have a couple Cougar permits this year.

Also search Sportsmen For Fish and Wildlife (SFW-SFH). They have a few Cougar permits also, I believe.
