Congratulations to you both! Wisconsin lowered the hunting age to 10 a few years back. Kids under 12 can hunt while within arms reach of a hunter-mentor. So I was sitting right next to my son when he shot his first deer, a little buck like that, at age 11. One of my best memories!! | |||

That's so cool! My daughter will be 9 next year and wants to go through hunter's safety. WA has no minimum age and she's been hunting with me for 5 years. I look forward to a similar result!
