Hopefully pretty good. It would probably be a good idea to contact all your congress critters and ask them to support it. In fact, Sen. Orrin Hatch is head of the Judiciary committee, where the bill is now.

Be sure to see the Nevada response to USO's lawsuit thread here that COUES started.

Look at that committee. With Feinstein and Kennedy, anything that looks like states rights and hunting will be "shot down" immediately.

There are lots of committee members to outweigh the two you cited, and the bill, sponsored by a Democrat, has several other Democrats as co-sponors. Thus, I believe it will make it to the floor. -TONY
