I`ve always dreamed of sheep. I know it`s hard to get a tag. But how hard? Is this like once-in-a-lifetime..? Easier for residents I guess?
Are non-residents and foreigners desinated to buy tags and hunts from outfitters (read: expensive)..? Or do I completely misunderstand this? How does the system work?

Was the ram located long before the season? I assume that there could not have been too much hunting pressure right?
