Take a resized case. Drill two or three holes in the side of it, so that its clearly a snap cap / dummy round. Add a bullet, And in the Primer pocket I just reseat a spent primer. I have seen some use a peice of rubber, or a polysuphide rubbery type stuff - sikaflex.

Just saw two cases in half behind the shoulder, insert some rubber putty or glue and eraser off a pencil in the primer hole. polish the cut with a case trimmer..All a snap cap is for is to protect your firing pins. Just use rimless 7x57s. That's what I do. Mike Wilderness is my cathedral, and hunting is my prayer.
