AFIK, they were a good old German gunmaking firm Made quite a few drillings. All the ones I've seen were good quality. I had a hammer drilling by them in 16 over 11mm, that was nice but a pain to get ammo for. I relined it to 30-30 ackley (shilen blank) and it was a great hunting gun and a tack driver after that.
