I want to buy a Brno combo in 7x65/12 guage their is one i know of for sale, but its 7x57r and i really want a 7x65 ,It it possible to do this ? thanks for any advice !thankyou

I checked that idea out a while back, because I too have a 7x57R. It won't work, because the 7x57R has a wider base than a 7x65R, and the reamer won't clean up the chamber. However, you can rechamber to 7x57R Ackley, and get as much power as the 7x65R with less backthrust.

I haven't gotten around to getting mine done yet, but a gunsmith told me it would work.
