I can’t seem to find any comparables to give me an idea of what my Krieghoff BBF is worth. Any help would be appreciated. 12 gauge over 7.65R. It’s in great shape and functions like it should. I am considering selling it but I don’t know where to begin. I bought this gun when I was in Germany so it does have import marks on the left side of the receiver. Both bores are in good shape. Scope is clear. Here are the pictures. Thank you very much for your help. https://imageshack.com/a/YyNW7/1

I believe this is a Krieghoff Teck. Caliber is a good one. Kind of a 280 rimmed. I think the BBF is worth $2500-3500 on it's own. If the optics are in working order. Maybe another $200-500. If the optics are not in working order, or are a bit hazy then probably just the $2500-3500. The optics are ZM, which is a line from about 18-25 years ago. https://www.vdb-waffen.de/de/w...&s_t=krieghoff&o=neu Is a similar rifle. Probably used and abused more than yours is. If lived in America and I was selling it. I think $2500-3750 is about what I would expect. $1800 is probably what Cabelas or Bass Pro would give for it.

Thank you for your opinion. This gun is nice. Scope works great. I killed several deer with it last year including one at 300 yards. I am in the US.

Opinions are like something else that everyone has. It really depends on the person buying it. It is an excellent caliber, and is moderately available. So that will influence things.

Just looking at that area of corrosion on the rear face of the top rib in image 2168, is that a small crack developing from the corrosion down to the edge of the shell rim recess in the chamber or just an extension of the corrosion? When I opened the images on my phone they came up quite enlarged with my attention being drawn to what looks like a crack. It is not so noticeable when viewing the image on the PC.
