I have a gunsmithing customer who has 2 of their high grade sporting clay guns (12 O/U's) that I work on. One is very well made inside & the other looked like it came from a different maker. Had to do a lot of finish work inside, deburring etc, selective trigger had to be re-worked, safety needed work. That one had cocking problems on one barrel. I think the bugs are out of it now. The other has been pretty trouble free except for some minor tweaking. But, you really shouldn't need tweaking on a $14,000 gun. He gets a lot of ribbing at the club. I told him to get a Ruger or a Rem 1100 and find a sucker for those "spaghetti guns" . They've been working fine for the past 6 months, so maybe they're OK. He did order a new Kolar last month.....
