Very interesting. Give us some fact. Action, caliber, etc.? Upon first glance, I was thinking a Savage Model 340, but I'm not sure.

I belive it is a savage model 45 with non factory stock

It's an old Savage Super Sporter in 30-06 in a 95 Mauser stock. I found the barreled action at a gun show, less the magazine parts. Wasn't too hard to fit the stock, almost but not quite a drop in. At this point it's a single shot. Fun to shoot with cast bullets.
