CZ-USA does not list the 6.5x55 or the 7mm Mauser in the Full Stock version of the 550. Can this be true? I know, I should have already bought one or two of each, but I never thought they would quit offering them.
Can we still order one from CZ?

David: I noticed the same thing about a month ago and contacted CZ-USA about this and was told the 7x57mm will be offered again when the euro-company makes another run of that caliber in that style CZ 550. She, the lady at CZ, said it may take a while, but CZ will offer the 7x57 again. I hope she was not talking about the CZ 550 American in that caliber. I did not inquire about the 6.5x55. My brother owns a full stock 7x57mm and absolutely loves it. The rifle is a true 1" grouping rifle with the right handloads and a 160 grain bullet. You can call CZ-USA. It is located in Kansas City, Kansas. Tom Purdom

The old Mannlicher-style Brno's with the butterknife bolt handles and DST's were real classics. I'd like to see this design brought back!
