The only thing I know for sure about the new B&C stock is that the front sling swivel stud is too close to the forend to allow proper use of a Harris bipod. If you have your heart set on the 25/06 go to gunsamerica.com and find one. That is where I ended up buying my 300 ultra mag sendero to get what I wanted.

MOA, I called HS Precision a while back and asked about the B&C stocks. this was their answer......Remington subbed out to both companies, when the Senderos FIRST hit the market. They are identical in looks, the way to tell is to look in the barrel channel, just ahead of the action recess. The One will have an OVAL stamped in the channel, and the other will have a CIRCLE. I beleive that the HS has the circle, but you should call and verify that. even the HS employee told me that they were identical on the outside. The difference was in the interior construction. I beleive the HS was slightly more dense. All of the Senderos produced for the last 5-6yrs have had the HS Precision stock, as they were awarded the total contract. This is what I was told by an employee, so take that for what it's worth. It's not my opinion, just what I was told... HTH
