Thanks folks for the welcomin words. Dan, I'm busted right now, had to put new diggers on the truck to get ready for the snow. Maybe they'll take layaway $ so I'll PM you. Hey Pecos, can I borrow your 1 tooth pic for my handle? Any of you boys from the south half of God's country take her easy today, have a cool one, hug the little filly and don't get too pissed off on THE DAY. You'll get him soon enough. Sorry, I'll quit hijackin your thread now. Back to 358 hurtin.

Quote: Sounds like a band-aid too me. I saw that little sweetheart of a cz, but Im bettin the lust is still there, hiding in a prarie dog hole waiting for the right time to jump out and bite you on the ass again.

Western, as I read you words now, I note that I just got up from flipping thru my Lyman Reloading Manual...paying particular attention to everything to do with .35 cal rifles. <sigh> I think the little CZ will be more than a "bandaid." I think it's sure gonna find a place in my heart...but you're right that the .35 fever is still there, waiting to flare up again like a dose of malaria. Lord help me if CZ ever comes out with a .358. They've got the fine 9.3x62 but that just doesn't set my heart thumping like a .35.

lmao. Sorry Pecos, dont mean to take pleasure in someone else's pain. Its just that I know exactly what you mean. The 35 bug smit me hard too. You do realize of corse that the band-aid remark was meant as no reflection on your newfound bundle of joy.
