Has anybody done a 9.3 on a 8mm Rem Mag case?
If yes, what did it perform like?

The 9.3x64 is not exactly underpowered. Its desireable qualities do not end there. You have a standard length action and a slick feeding rimmless case that give you the same power as the 375 H&H. If someone thinks they need more power why would you do away with 2 of this calibre's desireable features? Why not go to a 404 case or the new Rem ultra mag case and shorten to fit a std action. (similar to the dakota calibres)or if you must, use the full length case.I don't think that makes a lot of sense though. A lot of the 9.3 bullets made are for 9.3x62 velocities and the 9.3x64 stress's them badly. Increase the velocity another 100 to 200 fps above 9.3x64 velocity and now you have very few suitable bullets. Just my opinion.

Alf Russel's has the Swift bullets in their catalog but they have not had any in stock for over a year. They also tell me they have no idea when Swift will ship more. Any body have any other Canadian dealers that handle Swift bullets??
