Which companies make rifles chambered for the .30-378Wby and who makes the best and/or most affordable ones? I currently own a Weatherby Mark V Accumark in .30-378 but i may Have to sell it because i may need money for another rifle i am buying. But i really like my .30-378 and if i have to sell it i definately will buy another one as soon as i can. mine has a 26'' barrel and if i got another one i'd like to get one with a longer barrel if i could because i feel the .30-378 needs as long of a barrel as you can get for it. thanks very much for any info.

The only other off the shelf rifle in 30-378 that I have seen is the Sako TRG-S, in fact I saw one listed for sale this week. I would stay with the Weatherby over the Sako. I have one of the Sako TRG-S in 308 Warbird Lazeroni calibers. Once I had it rebarreled and some gun smithinhg work done, it would shoot.

thanks very much for the info! i was checkingout the Sako website last night, couldn't find a .30-378 on there though but may want to stay away from them anyhow now. thanks. that .308 warbird cartridge has become interesting to me recently though. i even checkedout the Lazzeroni website but i'd hate to spend $6000 on rifle that only comes in black synthectics stocks.
