Could someone please guide me to some factual information on the rumored accidents on Blaser R-93's preferably in English or German. I've read all about the first recall but have heard that there is a court case pending in Germany.
I have one that shoots great but I tend to greatly value my health.........DJ

From what I can surmise it appears that the R93 doesn't "blow up as gracefully" as other actions. However to me the cause of the accident I think the jury is still out. I'm leaning towards an overload.
Hope the man recovers....
I will be loading and shooting mine carefully.......
