Good luck, I found a few pelican cases for sale on ebay w/out foam, so I searched for foam and $60 bucks seems to be the going rate. It's hard to believe that a 15"x32" slab of foam costs that much.

I too would be curious to hear if anyone else has come up with an alternative. I've got all three pieces cut for different rifles which I rotate accordingly. I need some new pieces now though.

I use the foam from MK19 ammo cans that way each gun has a cute out shape whenever we fire it I just save the foam.

Ask any "crafty" lady where you can buy upholstery foam, it's cheap stuff.

You can easily cut it into any shape you wish with a common home woodworking shop band saw.

Most fabric stores sell foam. Look in the yellow pages under frabic or upholstery.
