Bottom metal from Blackburn/Swift last week. My oh my that is a nice piece of metal. Now, I just need one in 9.3 x 70 EXP. Actually 404 bottom metal should work just fine for that.

I think I have Blackburn bottom metal on my 9.3×64 . It is nice!
Any one tried H100v or Rl17 in their ×64s ?

Phil Shoemaker : "I went to a .30-06 on a fine old Mauser action. That worked successfully for a few years until a wounded, vindictive brown bear taught me that precise bullet placement is not always possible in thick alders, at spitting distances and when time is measured in split seconds. Lucky to come out of that lesson alive, I decided to look for a more suitable rifle."

Cold Finger I've tried RL 17 and I was happy with it. I also found that IMR 4007 is very good in the 9.3x64. I tried both with the 250 and 286 gr Noslers
