I've seen 190gr produced by Claw. There are 180gr match style bullets available.
Personally I'd rather shoot a really good bullet than a heavy one. You may also need to be cautious with twist rates with heavy bullets, particularly if they are spitzer and not round nose design.

I too have heard of a 190gr bullet. Personally it just doesnt feel right to me to use a bullet heavier than 175gr in 7mmm. Also doesnt feel right to me to use a 380gr bullet in 375 H&H but then again I am old fashioned

The Barnes "Original" cup and core was also available in 180gr for .270. I still have some. This was discontinued some years ago - probably 6 or 7 years at least I'd guess. I know I struggled to find some at the time I was looking for a heavy .270 bullet.
