went to the range the other day and shot it with a box of factory stuff, as my dies arent in yet. i looked down the bore to see how the boresighting went at the store,it was easily 14 inches off at 100yds. i made the adjustments and the first shot hit 1.5 inches from the bull. then it jumped around and i got frustrated. came back home and put it on the cradel and looked at the screws the right side of the scope took 5 turns each, (i.e. loose scope.) so im gonna try that again this weekend. whoever recomended the leupold high mounts was right, the mediums dont allow the butler creeks to get under the scope and it touches the barrel and also doesnt allow the scope to come back far enough for proper eye relief. i wish they knew that at the store, but i guess it was my fault for not telling them what i wanted. ill let you know how it shoots when i get this straightened out. jeff

When i mounted and boresighted my scope to my SAKO 75, it was shooting 3-4" left and 3-4" low @ 25 yards. Took some clicking around ( because I forgot the clicks were not 1/4moa) and its still not fine tuned(because it got cold and wiiiiiindy) but i have it shooting 150 grain .308's roughly 2" high, dead center @ 100 yards. It was my fault that it took more shots than needed.

Wow, I must have been the lucky one, my new .270 Win Model 75 Finnlight took two rounds to get centered up at 25 yards. The next three rounds at 100 yards cut the center dot and went into .69". This has been the easiest and most accurate rfle I have ever started with(definitely not what I'm used to). I was lucky enouph to find a pair of Opti Locks when I picked up my rifle. I hope you get your's the way you want it soon, keep us posted on your progress. I don't know about you guys but I would like to find an extra detachable magazine for my rifle, does anyone know where one might find a couple?
