Try a search, there used to be a web sit. I have two Parker Hale Safaris, I don't remember if they are Deluxes or not. - Dan

Joanne,

Ring 118500 and ask for "Parker Hale" at Birmingham ; if they are still in business, they should be able to help.

I contected them about 18months ago, and I was transfered to a guy who you used to work in the machine shop and he was a mine of information even though production of rifles had long stopped.

I have a nagging feeling they are completely out of business now, but its worth a try...

Regards,

Pete

PS what do you need to know?

I think the remaining stock and such on this side of the pond was bought by Navy Arms, I know they catalogued them for a little while. - Dan

Pete E,

I bought the rifle a few days ago and would just like to know any info about it that i can.

It seems that it has been re-blued and im not sure that the stock is original either, would like to find out.

I think its quite an old one too.

Also, it hasnt got any iron sights at all. Not sure if this is normal but thought as it was the safari rifle that it maybe should have!?!

Thanx for your help. [Big Grin]
