My shooting pard has a venture in 22-250 that is easily under one inch with a variety of factory loads and handloads. It has a great trigger right outta the box. I have only two things I don't care for on the gun. I think it is a bit on the heavy side and the detachable box mag is rated at 3 rounds and we can only get 2 in it. Extra mags are pricey also.
