Just perusing Hornady's website and found this new cartridge. Looks very promising, 200 gr FTX at 2565fps. What has me interested is it is rimmed, or semi rimmed (.024" rim), lowish pressure and the bullets are tailored for the velocity.

I have had an order in for one for over a month, with no results. Seems the newRemington/Marlin company is not producing them...or at least not selling any to the wholesalers who supply the local dealers.

I auggest that if you want one, you buy your brass NOW, before yet another potentially good cartridge just fades away on you. I plan to do the same insofar as buying my brass.
