I bought a few boxes of Federal High Energy with the 225 Triple Shocks and they shoot 7/16" 4 shot groups in my Ultra Light Arms.I'm sure they would do better if I could.With that kind of accuracy why reload?I'm not sure what kind of speed they are getting as I don't have a crony.

There is no published data for the triple shocks. Start with regular x data and work up. I have found that in 3 different rifles i can go 1 to 2 grains above max for regular bullets such as sierra and nosler. Good luck i have had great luck with them.
