Should I have a McMillan synthetic stock glass bedded? I'll be ordering this for a Sako 75 Hunter .270.

You may want to get it pillar bedded, I've heard of the stocks collapsing when tightening the guard screws, don't know if this is true, read it on one of these forums, get the HS Precision stock, no need to bed,(aluminum bedding block) and they make a great feeling sporter stock, and while McMillan has had failures with their stocks, HS has none, Jay
