Are the Berger bullets as good as they claim as far as windage deflection and elevation drop? Seems hard to believe they could be that much better than Barnes or Nosler (they claim as much as 30% better than Nosler).

I imagine they probably have tighter tolerances and quality control by not being as large as Nosler. Try em out, if they shoot well, you have your answer!
