Congratulations Shiloh,
I have a 600 and it's my favourite 'walk around' rifle. I'm not sure what calibre mine started life as but it's a 7mm-08 now. It's feed a diet of 139grn Hornady SP #2820 and 41.5grns of BenchMark for a chronyed 2693fps avg velocity. Shoots MOA all day.

The stock is from a local manufacture, Coporal Trading.

I wouldn't part with this rifle for all the tea in china.

Hey, maybe for some it's a youth thing, but hey, I was a teenager when they first came out (I'm 52 now), and I thought they were cool then, and I still reckon they're cool - bent bolt handle and all! Nice handy rifle, in a good action.

nice gun, I'd give you a 100 american and case of Corona beer and limes to go with it . I had a 660 with lam stock in 350 mag many yrs back. Had to sell it due to sickness in the family. 600 are pretty neat guns. I don't own one, but they do have a following.
