Richard makes a valid point. I've owned a few of these rifles and sometimes they were 9.3 X 57 and sometimes 9.3 X 62, and once in awhile something odd turns up, I currently have on that is in 9.3 X 60. A chamber cast would be a good idea, I think. - Dan

Where did you come up with that one? I have been looking for a 98 actioned rifle in 9.3x57. Technically, that should be a model 146; if only marked 9.3, it should be / was a 9.3x57. The 9.3x62 was supposed to be fully marked as such.
