I was curious if anyone has seen the Model 3 yet or has any idea when it will be available? It seems sort of interesting. The weight listed will likely make it the ultimate mountain rifle.  CZ 3 Link | ||

Still waiting on it to be announced officially, but I certainly believe that to be one of the Montana actions. Might be a quick and inexpensive way to get one. | |||

I think it is pretty official--it is on their website and in the catalog. But, if they are like Ruger that may not mean anything.  | |||

The 2004 CZ price list does not seem to list the new models, so I guess it is a tad early to expect to actually get your hands on one of these. (Why are gun related products always announced so far in advance of actual availability??). On the other hand, when it does eventually happen, it seems like it might be an MRC action and barrel for factory rifle price. Sounds pretty good to me. - mike | |||
