Crusher Not wishing to rain on your parade so to speak, but would you not be better served running that big case with 250 to 300 grain bullets rather than re-invent the wheel with 308 bullet weights. Just a thought. My own "small" .330 Dakota loves the 250 partitions, still a good bullet even in todays climate of drive band monos, TSX's et al IMHO

well I dont think your raining on me at all. And I realize that this may be done with other caliber but I realy like the 160 x and load it in every size case so I buy them 5000 at a time. I got the reamers and guages in the bottom of a box of other parts at an estate sale and they were kinda free so I thought slow twist ligt bullet 500 yd laser 3600 or so on a 160 x anyone have an action recomendation for this I was thinkin cz or p17 or if I could find a mk5 I might go with a conventional 250 tsx or partitions but that just seems so normal VERITAS ODIUM PARIT

Crusher Just had a thought, I have had some luck lately with 210 TSX in my .330 Dakota, if you could get them to shoot in your cannon they may give teriffic perormance. Much I guess depends on what distances and at what game you hope to shoot, for extremes of range 250 grains and upwards, to 500- 600 yards then the 210 TSX should work like stink
