Has anyone here had any dealings with Jim's Firearms& Shooters Supplies in Nederland Tx. I am wanting to buy a rifle from him via GunsAmerica but have never done such and just wondering if he is a reputable person. Been scammed once and don't want it to happen again.

Thanks Crusher. But I'm still trying to figure out if I really need the gun. I DON'T! But its one of those I want it type things. I'm looking at a Kimber Montana. Had a severe back injury years ago and am trying to find the lightest rifle I can. I already have a Model 7 in 7/08 and am looking for something with a little more range.

Funny, I just bought a rifle from him last week.

I spoke with him a couple of times on the phone and the whole transaction went smooth as silk. He shipped out the day he recieved funds and kept me in the loop. It is a sample size of one but it was perfect. I would buy from him again for sure. FWIW

Thanks Bob. STill not sure if I want the Montana or not. It's a lot of money and after researchng the rifle it seems that alot of people are not happy with the accuracy. I was on the Air Force marksmanship team years ago and I guess I'm still an accuracy nut.
