Looking for loads in the 280 with the 139gr. Hornady Interbond.

Would load data from the 139gr. SST be a good place to start?

Assuming a strong bolt action rifle I would suggest you try about 56 grs of IMR 4831 with the 139 gr interbond and work up carefully.
