Rem 700 and RL25 I won't tell you how much powder and here is why. I'll preface this by saying that I have been reloading for over 40 years and got the "Let's see how fast she'll go" out of me a long time ago. When I bought my RUM Barnes didn't have any load data available for it and I was using their bullets. I found another bullet manufacturer who had data for the 300RUM and reduced their reduced loads by another 10% and began working up carefully. I finally got to their max load and it was sub MOA and very low sd with no pressure signs IN MY GUN. When Barnes did come out with data for the RUM my load was over their max by a few grains but it shot well so I kept it.
Looks like Antelope Sniper is getting similar results. beer

Reloader 25 does seem to be a great powder in the 300 RUM. I shoot a bit lighter load, 3200 fps with 180 grain accubonds in a 26" barrel, but then, I get tight groups with that load and figure that a 180 going that fast is plenty.
