You didn't start a war Bobby. I misstated something and Loonie caught me on it. Rugers are very robust, and I will be the first to say I think there are more accurate new rugers out there than winchesters and remingtons, but it seams like ruger lets rifles out with a huge spectrum of accuracy relative to winchester, remington, and others. That is only my take considering the people I have personally talked to and the rugers I have shot compared to the other fine rifles I handle. And again, I don't like the fact that the head of Ruger tells people 3" groups at 100 yards is acceptable. On another note, try the 180 accubonds with norma brass, H4350, and WLRM primers for those who have a Tikka chambered in 300 WSM. I shot a 0.22" group with my T3 lite yesterday, and it was only the second time I have shot it. With the nosler ballistic tips I was getting about 0.6". I think I will stick with the Tikkas and the WSM cartridges. Man, I never knew a light rifle could be so accurate. "Buzzards gotta eat, same as worms" - Josey Wales | |||
