I would like to give the GS230 HV for the 9,3 a try, the increased velocity (compared to 286 grain) and the increasing need for leadfree due to legislation make them particularly attractive for driven boar. Which powder would you use?

I used 66 grs- H414, Lapua, Norma brass, and Fed 210 primers...Max in my gun was 68.5 grs.
I suggest you start at 63 grs adn work up. I used some RL-15 but didn't record anything so don't remember the load other than it was accurate and rather mild. I have not played with this load other than the above H414 load at almost 2700 FPS..When I get some more bullets I will do some more work on it..If you do any work with this bullet I would appreciate you emailing me a the below email with that data..

I intended to try RL-17 with this bullet but ran out of them and will have to reorder from GSC..

Thank you Ray. I ordered 100x from their EU importer and will try to get H414 but have R17 at home so I will sure try this one.
