Maybe you gentlemen can answer a question I have about the Winchester Supreme .308 ammunition. The wording on the box is .308 Win 168 GR. Hollow Point Boattail Match. The side of the box lists this as CXP 2 for light, thin skinned game with the image of a buck. I have always thought that if a bullet was designed as a match bullet, it may not be good for on game performance. Anyone have more information or any experience with this ammunition especially for hunting deer ?

great ammo in my guns, I use same bullet, ammo in my 30-06 as well.Its all about placement, there are better bullets for deer but so far Im batting 1000 with this. very best

by better bullets for deer, did you see too much expansion or maybe too little ?
