Can you do all the work yourself? It wouldn't be a cheap build for me since I'd have to have the rechamber done by a smith. The guy I'd use charges $300 to set back and rechamber. So by the time I was done I'd have pretty close to the price of a new Ruger in the rilfe in the chamber you want.
