I am somewhat concerned about the SS Savage ML10 II that I have. I was loading it up over the suggested load until one blew up. It's used in cold weather also, if that matters, as the ML seasons are late here. Only two days left in the season and the freezer is overflowing and then some.

I like hunting with my Kimbers and Custom rifles on nice sunny days when I won't have to drag my rifle through the bushes. The synthetic Sako's are great for nasty weather, scratchy brush slogging through the mud hunts.
I did call Sako and check all of the serial #'s though.......DJ

If the info is correct and there are 47,000 dangerous Sako/Tikka's out there and with the lawsuits pileing up like crazy and with the Euro out the top, I'm thinking if you want a Sako/Tikka you had better act fast as this might be the end for them. Berreta is a corperation and they are in this for the money, and their Sako/Tikka line has just lost them a HUGE amount. With the damage to the "name" I won't be suprised if they discontinue both lines of rifles and start over with a US built re-designed rifle....if any at all.And one last thought, since they have all blown up after just afew rounds so much for Sako testfireing each one and making sure they shoot accurately, wonder what dealer started that BS?? Just my speculation.FNMauser.......owner of a Sako75 SS Varmnit and three older sakos
