.338 225 Grain Speer Deep Curl

Anyone tried Speers new Deep Curl bullets yet? I was thinking about picking up some of the 225 grain .338s to shoot in my .338 RCM. I have always had good luck with plain old Speer Hot Cors so thought I might try some of these.

Dave,

I've only shot them in to dry magazines and I was more impressed with the 200 hot cor.

225 Speer Deep Curl, 54 gr of RL 15, was very accurate less than .5" with CCI Std primer in my 20" LH Ruger LH. Killed nothing but paper with them.

I loaded some Hornady 225 Gr with RS Big Game. No data I could find for Speer DC with RS Big Game.

The 44mag handgun round works fine but I didn't recover the bullet ! Big Grin
