Fred- I just happen to work in Real Estate (as well as booking hunts) for a living so perhaps we should chat.

fredj338Thanks Mark. I bought a nice 10ac piece in East Helena valley last year. Now it's just get the plans together & a schedule on selling here then moving, maybe 4-5yrs. Kalifornia has worn out it's welcome on me. Maybe next time I'm up for a visit I should come through Bozeman & buy you a beer.

Mark DobrenskiThat would be very good, and we need to get you applying for an Elkhorns elk tag asap.
Let me know when you're coming this way and we'll get it all sorted out.

fredj338Is that the special bull area tag? If so, I usually apply after I draw my general. I've missed two years in a row though. I need to get a structure built on that property.

Mark DobrenskiYep that is the area, it is one excellent area to draw if one is serious about taking a boner to 390 bull.
If you draw an elk tag then get a hold of me and I will help you get all lined out.

Jerry EdenMark:
I knew there was something I liked about you, besides the 6mm-06. I am also a Real Estate Broker, down here in Arizona, you know birds of a feather, LOL. I vote for Pac-Nor, thats what my 6-06 sports, and its a tack driver.
Also my son Steve and I got a couple of cow elk this year, on a muzzel loading hunt 10/6.
Regards
Jerry
ps we should set up a referral agreement between us!

SDhunterEither barrel will be fine.
I personally have two Pac-Nor 338-06 barrels a #3- 22" AND #4- 23.5" contour. Both shoot better than I can.
Pac-Nor may not have the "name" yet. But IMO they make a quality barrel.

fredj338Thanks Mark, if that ever happens, I'll be sure to drop you a line.
