Depends on how drunk or generous the people feel at the auction.

I've been to auctions where the booze was flowing and people were paying insane prices.

Get an auctioneer that can joke and cajole and a good "vibe" and rivalry going and you could easy get double book value.

I speak from ZA and Australian perspective.

I think you are just going to have to wait and see.
