Anyone familiar with this offering from the Custom Shop? Looks like a really nice rifle and I love the Bell and Carlson stock. The price is just under $2,500 - not cheap. I've always been a "wood" guy but I really like the way this rifle feels.

Not familiar with the Remington custom shop rifles, but if I was going to drop that much change on a rifle I'd spend a few more $$ and get a real custom rifle from a place like Rifles Inc. or Hart gunsmiths in Nescopek, PA.

I have two Custom Shop rifles that I've had for over 20yrs each. They are some of the most Accurate rifles I've ever bought and neither is picky about liking various Loads I've tried.

I think mine were about half that cost when I got them and I was concerned about putting that much in one. But, the ones I have, have been excellent rifles. tu2

Kind of surprised I didn't get some negative feedback about considering a 700. I've been a M70 guy for a long time but I really like the rifle.
