Really like the slender action and the way they handle. Anyone know if they will shoot?

I don't have an 84L but do have a 8400. Contrary to popular opinion on these rifles here, mine shoots the lights out! It is a 25-06. Sweet handling well balanced rifle. Shoots 1/2" to MOA w/ everything I put down the barrel.

The Kimbers I have encountered lately all shot very well.

I have an 84M in 7-08 and it shoots just over 1 1/4 with hand loads but I haven't found a factory load it will shoot that good.

I love the balance and feel of that rifle and would have another in a heartbeat…

At first thought the 'new' Kimber 84L seems that its what I wanted first, in the first place, before the shorter 84M came out.

Maybe not now!

I really got used to the 84M's and have three of them. The 84L will have a longer barrel at 24", maybe too long!

The 06 rounds in the 84L won't reach as far as the WSM in the 8400 that I have.

Ya, I have a M84 in 7-08 and .243 and both will do under 1/2" at 100 with the right loads. Just figures the 06 would be nice. It's no heavier then my .243, and I already have a .300, so. . . . . . . .
