Are you serious?

I would not even fire one of those rifles if it were free free free. Ever.

Savage99, if you do happen to get any free Sako's, please just send them to me so you won't have to worry yourself. I'll be glad to keep shooting things with them......Big Grin

Yankee, there should be some in the system keep looking and you should be able to find one. You might look on Guns America, and I think that one of our local shops may have a stainless 338, If you can't find one let me know and I'll check for you......DJ

The info is not correct at least according to Berretta. I have a Finnlite in the internet mentioned serial # range. when I called to check the serial number they said it was not a part of the recall. I've put 3-400 rounds through the rifle and it is very accurate for a light rifle.
At least in some parts of Europe lawyers aren't the money-grubbing, price-raising, company ruining sharks that many of ours here are. Those hurt should be fairly compensated but I don't think that is more a small few people. If anything our lawyers may prevent us from buying Sako rifles.
I think that people with too little factual information are overblowing this issue. There have been some legitimate problems but about 3/4's the posts I've read are uninformed speculative garbage.........DJ
