I was again going over in my head should a person with a 1917 enfield in 35 whelen blow it out ot 358 norma mag? and when doing my mental gymnastics I wondered if anybody had ever necked the 375 to 358. I'm sure they have, but what wildcat is it? Red | ||

Mr. Perkins is indeed correct. Griffin & Howe brought out the identical cartridge approximately 80 years ago. Until Winchester made the .375 H&H available at a more reasonable price in America via the Model 70, the G&H Magnum was a fairly popular round, and many of them WERE chambered in American "Enfield" actions. My country gal's just a moonshiner's daughter, but I love her still. | |||
