H-S Precision has rifles that can be taken apart (not just a barrel change) and put back together. https://www.hsprecision.com/sh...ake-down-rifles/ptd/ Does anyone have experience shooting these? How closely does it return to zero after you take it apart and re-assemble it? Thanks, Hunter308

I have had a couple through the years and presently have two: a 338 and a 7MM Rem Mag. The largest caliber I have ever owned was a 375 RUM. Every one of these rifles would be within 1/2 inch or less when I reassembled them. For giggles one time I shot a five shot group taking the gun down between shots and had a sub 1 inch group. That was with a 300 Win mag. What a pleasure to travel with! I bought my first one brand new for $1700. Prices have gone up.
