I think this exercise would be a waste of time.

I was not happy with the conversion I made and moved to a larger caliber. It was not enough gain over the 7mm.
If you do decide to go ahead, I have brass and dies to sell.

I have two 7mmstw's and a 7mmultramag.The ultramag produces a whole 50fps more than the stw's.Not worth the effort.

IMO the 7 Ultra may end the commercial run of the STW. There may not be a spitten's worth of difference ballistically but I think that the Ultra's case design and the relative popularity of the Ultra's may spell the eventual demise of the STW. That being said I doubt either will extinct themselves soon......DJ
