I'd start with the retailer you bought the gun from but ultimately it is going to be up to beretta to stand behind the gun and its warranty. Ron

Ron, It kinda make you wonder if all their t 3 wood stocks would do the same if given a chance Old Timer

Dunno about the T3 wood stocks, never seen one. My Tikka White Tail Hunter Std grade wood stock is still almost perfect with some sort of hard finish on it after 3 years of use. I looked at a T3 black gun the other day and thought it was daylight and dark difference in quality from my WTHunter. I going to look around for some other WTH's while they may still be a little easier to find. I could have ordered a SSLaminate 300Wmg last year but couldn't reach a deal with the gunshop. Ron
