Has anyone had trouble with tikka stocks the wood ones ?
I bought a T 3 hunter with a wood stock and just came back from hunting discovering that my stock is loosing it finish the stuff is pealing off what do you all think???
This rifle is about three months old may be a little less and first time in the field it seems it got a little wet with the drizzle. I thought I was being very careful with it.

I'd start with the retailer you bought the gun from but ultimately it is going to be up to beretta to stand behind the gun and its warranty.

Ron,
It kinda make you wonder if all their t 3 wood stocks would do the same if given a chance

Dunno about the T3 wood stocks, never seen one. My Tikka White Tail Hunter Std grade wood stock is still almost perfect with some sort of hard finish on it after 3 years of use. I looked at a T3 black gun the other day and thought it was daylight and dark difference in quality from my WTHunter. I going to look around for some other WTH's while they may still be a little easier to find. I could have ordered a SSLaminate 300Wmg last year but couldn't reach a deal with the gunshop.
